Where is the hamam?

Light Life Spa Topçular is in the same building as SuperStay Eyüp Hotel: Topçular Mah. Rami Kışla Cd. No:41, Eyüpsultan. You go from your room to the hamam without going out on the street. The spa is open daily 12:00–00:00 and offers a marble Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage and spa rituals. It is a separate business; you book through the spa’s own phone, and hotel reception will point you there.

What happens in a hamam?

First you sweat on the hot marble, which opens the pores and loosens the muscles. Then an attendant scrubs off dead skin with a kese mitt and finishes with a foam massage. A few minutes in the sauna or steam room beforehand makes it easier to warm up.

  • Turkish bath: heated marble platform, scrub and foam.
  • Sauna: dry heat.
  • Steam room: humid heat that clears your breathing.
  • Massage: classic, aromatherapy and deep tissue options.
  • Spa rituals: packages that combine the hamam, massage and care.

Details and booking on the Light Life Spa Topçular page.

Hamam and room together

  • Couples: the hamam in the evening, then the jacuzzi room. Four rooms with grey marble walls and a jacuzzi in front of timber panelling.
  • After a visit: rest at the hamam when you come back from Eyüp Sultan.
  • Families: sauna and massage for the adults after a day at Isfanbul.

Planning the day

Hotel check-in is at 14:00 and the spa opens at 12:00. Settle in during the afternoon and go down to the hamam in the evening. The spa is open until midnight; book ahead for weekend evenings.

Good to know

When you book, ask the spa whether they provide a peshtemal towel and slippers and whether to bring your own shampoo. Do not go into the hamam straight after a meal; wait an hour. Pregnant guests and anyone with a heart or blood pressure condition should ask their doctor before using the hot rooms.

Booking

The Eyüp hotel has no online booking; for the room, call or message +90 501 018 76 76 on WhatsApp. If you want a hamam appointment the same day, add it to your message and we will put you in touch with the spa. We do not publish hotel or spa prices on the site; we tell you when you ask. Room photos are on the rooms page.
